Dozens of missed calls a day, wasted appointments, patients left waiting in the dark and a front desk that never stops. Panacea takes that load off, so clinic time goes to patients.

Takes the front-desk load off the clinic
Everything the front desk repeats every day, the assistant does — and what the doctor needs to know arrives on time.
An assistant that understands patients
Patients write the way they talk; the assistant understands the day, time, service and doctor and shows matching times ready to tap. It learns answers the front desk gives once and replies by itself next time.

A cancellation? The next patient that day is offered to come earlier, then the waitlist — and the evening before, tomorrow’s gaps are offered to patients due for a follow-up.
Live queue & waiting-room TV
Running late? One tap tells everyone. Patients tap “I’m here” on their own phone. The clinic TV shows who is next, the time and health tips.

An estimate, not a promise: assumes 24 working days a month and half the phone calls going to the assistant. Your real numbers show up every month in the panel’s value report.
Usually one session: we enter services, hours and prices together, install the app on the front-desk computer and the doctor’s phone, and print a QR poster.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days free with every feature.
Where is patient data kept?
On a dedicated server in Iran, over an encrypted connection, with daily backups. Each clinic sees only its own data. See the privacy page.
What if the clinic’s internet goes down?
The assistant runs on the server and keeps booking. The clinic app shows the day offline and sends anything entered once the connection is back.
Can Arabic or Turkish speakers book?
Yes. Chat, texts and the appointment page work in Persian, English, Arabic and Turkish, and each patient’s language is remembered.
How do I get the monthly report?
On the first of each month a two-page PDF arrives on Bale and email; you can also download it any time from Reports.
Is there training?
Yes. A video tutorial is built into the panel (“Tutorial”), and we train the front desk during setup.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. It is month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
