Terms of service

Using the service or placing an order means you accept these terms.

1. The service

Panacea is web software for reception, scheduling and clinic management, sold by subscription. The assistant only handles administrative reception tasks and gives no diagnosis or medical advice; treatment decisions remain the doctor’s responsibility.

2. Trial and subscription

Each clinic gets a 30-day free trial. After that, a monthly, 3-month or yearly subscription is paid from the panel at the prices shown on the home page. After expiry there are 3 grace days; then panel access and online booking pause until renewal, but no data is deleted.

3. SMS

Each plan includes a set number of SMS every 30 days; after that, bought SMS credit is used. Verification and password-recovery codes are always sent.

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, ask support and we refund it. Later payments keep the subscription active until the paid period ends and are not refunded. Used SMS credit is not refundable.

5. The clinic’s responsibilities

The clinic is responsible for accurate services, hours and prices, keeping passwords safe, and patient consent to receive texts. The service may not be used for bulk advertising or unsolicited messages.

6. Availability

We aim for constant availability and back up daily; outages caused by the internet, servers or the SMS provider may still happen, and our liability is limited to extending the subscription by the outage time.

7. Changes

Any change to these terms is published here and announced in the panel.
