Privacy and data security

Patient information is sensitive and we treat it that way.

What we store

Patients’ names and mobile numbers, appointments, messages sent to the assistant or clinic, pre-visit forms (if filled in), surveys, and clinic management data such as services, supplies and equipment.

Ownership and access

Each clinic’s data belongs to that clinic and only its users, on approved devices, can access it. We never sell or share patient data with anyone, except when required by a lawful order.

Security

• Encrypted connection (HTTPS) on every page
• Passwords are stored hashed
• Server in Iran and daily backups
• Panel access only from approved devices; offline data expires after 3 days

AI

To understand patient messages, message text may be sent to an AI service, used only to answer at that moment. The clinic can turn AI off in settings.

Deleting data

A clinic can export its data or ask for it to be deleted at any time. Patients can ask their clinic to delete their information.
